What does the Bright Product Advisor training provide?
The objective of this training is to provide participants with the tools, strategies, and skills to increase their effectiveness in advising on the Bright solution in the clinic. It is thetraining and empowerment of our advisors so that their clinical experience is as professional as possible.

The main innovation lies in the practical format, with the workshops we've held to develop and analyze the entire communication process with the clinician. The main focus has beento explore the solution from a clinical perspective, first looking at what makes us better or different, what problems we solve, and what benefits or experiences the Bright solutionoffers for both the clinician and the patient.
And after the training, what tools do you think Bright Product Advisors have that they didn't have before?
Each student will gain tangible professional growth, a greater ability to offer in-depth, high-quality advice, and improving their response to various clinical situations. Key skills suchas planning and communication between patients, clinics, and laboratories will also be strengthened, which are essential for optimizing the patient experience and the clinic'sprofitability.
How do you think this training will impact clinicians?
The impact on clinicians should be immediate. They need faster and more effective responses both in the application or use of the solution and in managing questions related toclinical protocols with the laboratory.
