Nobrux Against Breast Cancer.

Once again this year, we are proud to launch the Nobrux Against Cancer campaign. As we have done every October for the past six years, Nobrux: the Corus digital nightguard splint, is turning pink to support the fight against breast cancer.
This disease remains the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women worldwide. While significant advances in diagnosis and treatment have greatly improved survival rates, some tumours develop resistance to existing therapies, making treatment more challenging and increasing the risk of disease progression.
To help drive further progress, Nobrux changes its appearance every Breast Cancer Awareness Month to support research initiatives in each participating country. This year, for the fourth consecutive year, Spain and France are backing two innovative research projects that aim to improve our understanding of the disease and pave the way for more effective treatments.
In Spain, the selected project is led by Dr Sara Sdelci in collaboration with the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC):
The research team has identified a metabolic–epigenetic axis that regulates treatment response and plays a crucial role in the progression of oestrogen receptor-positive (ER+) tumours. Building on these findings, the project aims to develop novel diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies that target this interaction, helping to prevent disease progression and improve patient outcomes.
In France, the selected project is led by Pr Emmanuelle Charafe-Jauffret in collaboration with the Fondation ARC:
Research shows that among small breast lesions detected through screening, some progress into cancer while others remain benign. The team is seeking to understand what causes some of these lesions to turn into disease. By identifying the genes and biomarkers involved in this transformation, the researchers hope to better distinguish at-risk lesions from those that pose no threat, and to put in place more effective prevention strategies to stop progression toward cancer.
At Corus, we believe that investing in research is essential to advancing scientific knowledge and improving patients' lives.
Together for one cause.
