Instant® is Corus’ exclusive system for immediate implant loading, enabling the placement of provisional teeth at the end of surgery in a fast, simple way—without altering the patient’s smile. Provisionals are produced within a fully digital workflow, ensuring maximum precision and predictability.
Precision from the start
Prosthetically guided implantology begins with planning based on the definitive tooth, supported by the Instant® Planning Centre.
Patented and profitable
Rapid immediate loading reduces the number of visits and chair time, increasing the efficiency and capacity of your clinic.
One step away from the definitive
An agile and predictable digital protocol. While the patient wears the Instant® provisional teeth, their adaptation is evaluated to achieve the best possible definitive restoration.
Teeth
Manufactured within a 100% digital workflow, the ideal tooth position guides implant placement, making the final outcome more predictable.
Guides
Instant® guides are produced together with the provisional teeth, enabling easy and precise placement of the Instant®.
Abutments
Transepithelial abutments validated for Instant®, available in straight and angled versions, compatible with the majority of implant systems.
Click
The exclusive, patented grip system allows easy and secure connection between Instant® abutments and resin abutments, simplifying the entire protocol.

Tool Box
Contient tous les instruments nécessaires pour réaliser les perforations du provisoire Instant® : arc de forage, analogues et raccord de sécurité, fraise de forage et clé de pose pour piliers transépithéliaux.

Prescription
The Instant® prescription is created via Corus Link. The clinic submits the CBCT, STL files of the upper and lower scans, bite registration, photographs to assess the midline, and all relevant case information.
Always based on a 100% digital workflow.
Validation
Based on the information received, a digital smile design proposal is created. This proposal must be validated before planning begins.
Digital planning
Planning is a key element of the Instant® protocol. From the Planning Centre, expert designers integrate all files (CBCT, STL, and validated wax-up) to develop the surgical plan together with the responsible clinician, who must approve and sign it.
Manufacturing
Once the planning has been approved, the Instant® provisional and the corresponding guides are manufactured.
Surgery and immediate loading
With everything prepared, surgery and immediate loading are performed in a smooth, comfortable, and predictable manner. Prior to surgery, it is important to verify that all required components are available, including the complete Tool Box in perfect condition.
The zirconium solution from Corus for implantological restorations. Digital, predictable, exclusive.
A fully digital implantological protocol that starts with prosthetically guided planning, continues with the immediate loading of the Instant implant and ends with Ilum, the definitive zirconium restoration.
From planning to the final tooth in 4 steps!

Immediate smile
Implants and provisional teeth placed on the same day as surgery. No additional visits are required. The patient is never without teeth, immediately and significantly improving confidence and overall experience.
Comfort from day one
Instant® is a faster and more efficient treatment compared to conventional methods, with comfortable and less invasive provisional placement. A solution designed for your peace of mind and your patients’ well-being.
Biological safety
According to clinical studies, the immediate use of transepithelial abutments in implant restorations promotes early peri-implant tissue stability.
Tissue control
Custom-designed Instant® provisionals guide and shape the tissues during osseointegration, supporting optimal biological and aesthetic integration.
Perceived value
Instant® is delivered in exclusive cases that organise each step of the process, enhancing the patient experience and reinforcing perceived value.

Each Instant® case is delivered in a complete box containing all the elements required for treatment: provisional teeth, positioning guides, surgical guide, transepithelial abutments, resin abutments, and screws.

After surgery following the Instant® protocol, the patient receives an Instant® post-surgical toothbrush with extra-soft bristles, a straight profile, and a flexible neck, designed to adapt to the oral cavity and allow gentle, comfortable, and safe brushing.
In addition, the toothbrush is accompanied by an ultra-soft interdental brush, allowing up to 50% more effective cleaning.
The Corus experience goes beyond the product. Our comprehensive solutions support clinicians from initial planning to an optimal final outcome, ensuring efficiency, clinical confidence, and a enhanced patient experience.
